Roles and Responsibilities of the Board of Trustees
The Board of Trustees is the supreme governing body responsible for the strategic oversight and governance of the university. The board is vested with the following authorities:
Providing Guidance and Support:
Offering direction and assistance to the University President on various academic and administrative matters to ensure the university achieves its goals.
Enhancing Financial Sustainability:
Contributing to the financial sustainability of the university by developing sustainable funding strategies and growing the university's resources.
Fostering International Relations:
Strengthening the university's international relationships and enhancing its partnerships with global academic and research institutions.
Ensuring Quality and Innovation:
Ensuring the university adheres to international standards of academic quality and innovation.
Administrative Organization:
Organizing the council's operations, including holding regular meetings, managing voting processes, and making decisions related to the university.
