It is my pleasure to welcome you all to this distinguished academic institution, where we unite under a common goal: to deliver high-quality education, support rigorous scientific research, and promote sustainable development in service of humanity and society.
Our administrative and financial responsibilities at the university extend beyond managing day-to-day operations. They encompass building an integrated system that ensures the provision of high-quality services and a learning and research environment that fosters innovation and excellence. We are committed to efficiently utilizing resources to support the university’s vision and mission while striving to achieve the highest standards of quality and innovation in all processes.
